MAJOR GIFT DONATION

As a supporter of Bay Street Hoops (making a contribution equal to or greater than $1,000), you will receive:
• Recognition on communication materials including, but not limited to:
- Annual Report & Newsletter

• On-site visibility:
- Listing as a Patron of the event in the Event Program
• Invitation for 2 representatives of your company to attend the Post-Game Party

The major gift donation fee is at least $1,000.

Individuals who make a major gift donation will receive a tax receipt. Businesses who sponsor the tournament will receive a business receipt.

 

AUCTION DONORS
On the final day of the tournament, immediately following the last game, players, volunteers and guests are invited to our annual Post-Game Party and Awards Ceremony. Would you consider donating an item for our Live or Silent Auction? All donations will be on display at the Post-Game Party. To further promote the companies that give generously, we will produce a Live and Silent Auction Brochure outlining the goods up for bid. The brochure is distributed to the 1,000 tournament players and to all those in attendance at the Party.

 

GRAB BAG DONORS

Each registered player in the tournament receives a grab bag filled with goodies they will need throughout the tournament, including a towel, a t-shirt, snacks and drinks. Would you consider donating 1,000 items for our player’s packages? Given the demographic of our tournament attendees, we believe that we can provide your brand with great exposure to the right people, while at the same time raising important funds to support three great children’s charities
