Presenting Sponsor
As Presenting sponsor, you will receive:
• Category exclusivity
• Invitation to attend the Tip-Off Event at the Air Canada Centre
• Logo and/or company name recognition on all promotional materials, invitations, press
releases and print materials as a Presenting sponsor of Bay Street Hoops
• Primary logo exposure on the official Bay Street Hoops tournament t-shirt to be worn by all
participants
• Title rights to Post-Game Party being held Saturday, April 2
• Rights to engage the event audience through displays and/or approved handouts that can
augment Bay Street Hoops and the business relationship. Example: Sport Drink, Energy Bar,
etc.
• Recognition on all communication materials including, but not limited to:
- Event Ticket
- Media Release
- Annual Newsletter
- Tournament posters and banners
• Dedicated space on the following high traffic websites (for sponsor advertisements or
website links):
- Bay Street Hoops home page
- Bay Street Hoops Basketball League home page
• On-site visibility
- Media Launch with cheque presentation and podium rights
- Signage/Banners
- Full page Ad in the event program – back cover and logo on front cover
- Listing in Event Program
• Opportunity to showcase/sample products and services at the tournament site
• Opportunity to enter 2 teams in the Tournament – one men’s and one women’s - free of
charge, a $5,000 value
• Invitation for 8 representatives of your company (in addition to team members) to attend
Post-Game Party
• Opportunity to use event images for promotional purposes
The sponsorship fee is $25,000.
